An unexpected find during the block party. Excellent pupusas and service! I would make the trek back there to eat it again, right across from the light rail too!

It's a new food stand which was just opened a month ago. It's located at the plaza between the new apartment buildings next to the light rail station.
I don't eat Central American food often but their food is very good! I tired their bean pupusas which was cooked onsite and was crunchy on the outside. The bean rice was well seasoned but not salty at all. The owner was very nice and always has a big smile to customers. Due to the lack of marketing, not a lot of people know the place yet. Go try it!
